The Limited Warranty does not cover:
1.To any non-brand products or software, even if packaged or sold with the branded products. Manufactures, supplies may provide their own warranties to you. please contact them for further information
2.To consumable parts, such as batteries or protective coatings that are designed to diminish over time, unless failure has occurred due to a defected in materials or workmanship.
3.To cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents and broken plastic ports.
4.To damage caused by accident, abuse, liquid contact, fire, earthquake or external cause
5.To damage caused by operating the product outside the published guidance.
6.To damage caused by service (including upgrades and expansions) performed by anyone who is not an Authorized Service Providers.
7.To product that has been modified to alter functionality or capacity without the written permission.
8.To defects caused by normal wear and tear or otherwise due to the normal aging of the product.
9.If any serial number has been removed or defaced from the product.
The Limited Warranty does not cover:
1.Products with original numbers removed, altered or not able to be readily determined.
2.Damage caused by transporting and handling, including scratches, dents, chips and/or any damages to the exterior of your product.
3.Damage or failure caused by incorrect electrical current or voltage, fluctuations or surges.
4.Applications and use which this product was not intended to.
5.Damage or failure caused by products or equipment not supplied by ONLINE VMG.
6.Accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, misapplication, fire, water, lightening or other acts of nature.
7.Products used in a commercial setting.
8.Expenses for making the appliance accessible for serving, such as removal of trim, cupboards, shelves, etc., which are not a part of the appliance when it is shipped from the factory.
9.Service calls to repair or replace appliance light bulbs air filters, other consumables or knobs, handles or other cosmetic parts.
10.Surcharges including but not limited to any after hour, weekend or holiday service calls, tolls, ferry trip charges, or mileage expense for service calls to remote areas.
11.Damage or failure caused by improper of faulty installation, product alteration or modification.
